BorrmannⅣ型胃癌30例临床分析

Clinical analysis of 30 cases with Borrmann's type Ⅳ gastric cancer

目的总结分析BorrmannⅣ型胃癌的临床病理特点。方法回顾性分析1994年9月至1998年5月收治的30例BorrmannⅣ型胃癌的临床资料。结果胃镜诊断BorrmannⅣ型胃癌准确率为96.0%。手术切除率和根治切除率分别为56.7%及30.0%。手术切除患者中位生存期19.9个月,未手术切除患者平均生存期5.2个月。结论手术切除肿瘤是BorrmannⅣ型胃癌患者的主要治疗手段,也是提高生存率的关键。

Objective To explore the clinicopathologic characteristics of Borrmanns type Ⅳgastric cancer. Methods Clinicopathologic data of 30 patients with Borrmanns type Ⅳgastric cancer treated in our department from 1994 to 1998 were analyzed retrospectively. Results The accuracy of gastroscopy for Borrmanns type Ⅳgastric cancer was 96%. The resection and radical resection rates were 56.7%and 30%respectively. The median survival time was 19.9 months in the patients who received resection (radical and non radical), and 5.2 months in those who had not received resection, respectively. Conclusion Surgical resection (radical and non radical) is critical to improve the prognosis of the patients with Borrmanns type Ⅳgastric cancer and should be performed if possible.
