含B9和6苄基腺嘌呤(6BA)保鲜剂均能不同程度地增加非洲菊切花鲜重,增大花径,改善切花体内的水分状况,降低POD活性,延缓蛋白质降解,延长瓶插寿命.其中保鲜剂2%蔗糖(S)+200mg/L8羟基喹啉(8HQ)+10mg/LB9保鲜效果更佳.
