摘要
含B9和6苄基腺嘌呤(6BA)保鲜剂均能不同程度地增加非洲菊切花鲜重,增大花径,改善切花体内的水分状况,降低POD活性,延缓蛋白质降解,延长瓶插寿命.其中保鲜剂2%蔗糖(S)+200mg/L8羟基喹啉(8HQ)+10mg/LB9保鲜效果更佳.
Both preservatives including B_9 or 6BA could increase the fresh weight and flower diameter,improve water balance,inhibit peroxidase activity,retard the decomposing speed of soluble protein content and prolong vase life of cut gerbera flower.200 mg/L 8HQ + 2% sucrose + 10 mg/L B_9 has the best effect..
