老年梅毒螺旋体感染51例调查与分析

Research and analysis on spirochaeta pallida infection of 51 senile sufferers

目的检测恶性肿瘤及非恶性肿瘤患者血清梅毒螺旋体感染抗体,探讨梅毒螺旋体感染情况,尤其是老年人梅毒螺旋体感染状况。方法对8种4520例恶性肿瘤患者及1421例非恶性肿瘤患者采用双抗原夹心法(ELISA)检测其血清中梅毒螺旋体抗体,阳性者再用日本东京梅毒螺旋体诊断试剂(TP.PA)进行确诊。结果184例确诊为梅毒螺旋体感染(3.10%)。排在前3位的有:宫颈癌组梅毒螺旋体感染率达9.14%,绒毛膜上皮癌组达8.33%,肺癌组达3.92%。其中老年患者梅毒螺旋体阳性占总感染人数的27.72%(51/184)。结论恶性肿瘤及非恶性肿瘤患者都有不同程度的梅毒螺旋体感染,但感染率最高的是宫颈癌组,其次是绒毛膜上皮癌组。老年患者梅素螺旋体感染占总感染人数的1/4以上,值得临床注意。

Objective To research the situation on spirochaeta pallide infection of malignant tumor and nonmalignant tumor through examining antibody in serum, especially the situation on spirochaeta pallida infection of senile sufferers. Methods First,used the method of ELISA to examine antibody in serum of 8 kinds of 4 520 cases of sufferers of malignant tumor and 1 421 cases of nonmalignant tumor.Second,made a definite diagnosis with spirochaeta pallida affirmative reagent TP. PA of Tokyo to the positive.Results 184 sufferers of malignant tumor and nonmalignant tumor were diagnosed.The first 3 places infected as the follows:9.14%cervical carcinoma sufferers,8.33%chorioblastoma sufferers,3.92%lung carcinoma sufferers.Spirochaeta pallida infection of senile sufferers were 27.72%(51/184) among all infective sufferers.Conclusion The sufferers of malignant tumor and nonmalignant tumor were infected by spirochaeta pallida in different degrees,among which cervical carcinoma sufferers are the most,and the chorilblastoma sufferers are the second.More than a quarter of senile sufferers infected spirochaeta pallida, which should be attached importance to the clinic.
