急症PTCA治疗急性心肌梗死65例临床研究

摘要 目的探讨急症PTCA治疗急性心肌梗死的临床疗效。方法回顾分析我院65例急性心梗患者急诊PTCA资料。结果PTCA术后93.3%的梗塞相关血管恢复TIMI3级血流。结论急症PTCA治疗急性心肌梗死的临床疗效明显好于溶栓治疗。 Objective To approach the clinical efficacy of urgent percutaneous transluminal coronary angioplasty (PTCA) in the treatment of acute myocardial infarction. Methods 65 cases with acute myocardial infarction underwent urgent percutaneous ransluminal coronary angioplasty (PTCA) were reviewed.Results The TIMI 3 rate after the PTCA was 93.3%. Conclusion Urgent percutaneous transluminal coronary angioplasty is the first choice for patient with acute myocardial infarction.
