艾迪注射液联合化疗治疗晚期消化道恶性肿瘤疗效观察

Observation on the efficacy of combination chemotherapy including Aidi in treating terminal malignant tumor of alimentary

目的比较艾迪注射液联合化疗与单纯化疗治疗晚期消化道恶性肿瘤的疗效与毒副反应。方法将78例晚期消化道恶性肿瘤分为艾迪联合化疗组和单纯化疗组。结果联合组有效率和KPS评分改善率均高于单纯化疗组,P值分别为>0.05和<0.01,而疾病进展率及消化道、骨髓毒性发生率均低于单纯化疗组,P<0.01。结论艾迪注射液联合化疗治疗晚期消化道恶性肿瘤效果显著,同时降低化疗毒副反应,作用肯定,值得临床使用。

Objective To observe the efficacy and side effects of combination chemotherapy including Aidi and singularity chemotherapy excluding Aidi in treating terminal malignancy of alimentary cancer. Methods 78 patients with terminal malignancy of alimentary cancer were divided into combination chemotherapy group including Aidi and singularity chemotherapy group excluding Aidi. Results Both the efficacy of combining group and availability of KPS scoring were higher than single group (P>0.05 and P<0.01). But the evolutional rate and transitice rate of marrow of combining group were lower than single group (P<0.01). Coclusion The combination chemotherapy including Aidi can heighten efficacy and decrease the side effects in treating terminal malignancy of alimentary cancer. It should be applied widely to the clinic.
