电视纤维喉镜下治疗声带小结、声带息肉的疗效观察

Observation of treatment of vocal nodules and vocal polyp using fiber laryngoscope under TV

目的研究电视纤维喉镜下声带小结、声带息肉的手术治疗。方法采用电视纤维喉镜行声带小结、声带息肉摘除术,同时用图文工作站拍摄术前、术后图片并打印图片报告。术后半月、3个月到门诊复查。结果在有完整术后复查记录的267例患者中声带小结92例,治愈90例(97.7%)、有效2例(2.3%)、无效0例,总有效率100%;声带息肉175例,治愈150例(85.6%)、有效20例(11%)、无效5例(3.4%),总有效率96.6%。结论电视纤维喉镜具有管径小、柔软、图像大而清晰、手术定位准确、损伤小、术后愈合快等特点。值得推广应用。

Objective:To research treatment of Vocal Nodules and Vocal Polyp using fiber laryngoscope under TV.Methods:Do operations of extirpating Vocal Noduls and Vocal Polyp by way of fiber laryngoscope under TV.Take graphic work stations and print out reports of pictures.Recheck at clinics half month and three months later from operations.Results:Among 267 patients with full rechecking words after operations,there are 92 with Vocal Nodules,90 of them are healed(97.7%),efficiency is 100%;175 of the 267 patients are with Vocal Polyp,150 of them are well healed(85.6%),20 better(11%)and 5 inefficiency(3.4%).The total efficiency is 96.6%.Conclusion:The use of fiber layngoscope under TV is worth applying widely because of its characters of small caliber,pliancy large and clear pictures,exact location,small damage and rapid healing.
