幽门螺杆菌菌型与消化性溃疡的相关性研究

Research of the interrelation between HP of biotype and peptic ulcer

目的探讨能产生细胞毒素相关蛋白(CagA)与细胞空泡毒素(VacA)的幽门螺杆菌(HP)与消化性溃疡的关系。方法用免疫印迹法检测分析经尿素酶及组织学Giemsa染色证实HP阳性的血清标本共117份,其中慢性胃炎68份,消化性溃疡49份。观察两种疾病中CagA与VacA阳性的HP检测结果。结果慢性胃炎组、消化性溃疡组的CagA与VacA阳性的HP感染率分别为35.29%(24/68)和61.12%(30/49),差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论具有CagA与VacA的HP的菌株与消化性溃疡发病密切相关。

Objective:To probe into the relation tetween HP of CagA.VacA and peptic ulcer.Methods:Using immumity impression method to test and analyze 117 serum which were proved to be HP positive by urokinase and giemsa chromatin staining.68 cases of the 117 were chronic gastritis while 49 cases were peptic ulcer.HP test result of CagA and VacA positive were observed in the two diseases.Results:HP infection rates of CagA and VacA positive of chronic gastritis and peptic ulcer were 35.29%and 61.12%respectively.The difference between chronic gastritis and peptic ulcer was significant(P < 0.01). Conclusion: HP with positive CagA and VacA was related to peptic ulcer.
