分析了当前林业生态工程建设项目管理中存在的问题,提出了在林业生态工程建设项目中推行项目法人制、项目监理制的具体办法;指出了林业生态工程建设项目招投标范围,以及项目施工单位最低资格条件;强调了林业生态工程建设项目管理的核心是合同管理制。

This paper analyses the existing problems of project management during current forestry ecological construction,puts forward the specific methods to carry out project legal person system and project supervising engineer system during forestry ecologcal construction,points out the scope of tender invitation and bidding and the lowest qualification requirement for project construction unit,and also stresses that the core for project managemnt is contract management system.
