摘要
介绍了标准、标准化、技术标准的概念,以及我国历次关于“有林地”的技术标准,并对其进行归纳,提出几点看法。
This paper introduces concepts of standard, standardization and technical standard, as well as all previous standards of'forest land'. Based on analyzing them, this paper gives several opinions.
