An Approach to the Resolution of Quantifier-induced Scope Ambiguity in Prolog

This paper focuses on the resolution of quantifier-induced scope ambiguity by Prolog implementation. Based on the monostratal representation of syntactic structure, it starts with the linguistic analysis, by means of Cooper Storage, of such a scope ambiguity. Next, it elaborates the details of the Prolog implementation in the resolution of the quantifier-induced scope ambiguity. The paper also provides some further illustrations to facilitate a better understanding of the Prolog codes above mentioned.
