土地征用是城市化进程中不可避免的经济行为,在城市化进程中,城郊农村土地被征用的力度越来越大。大批农民失去土地,农转非成为城市居民,由此,他们的身份、谋生手段、生活方式乃至居住条件都发生了很大的变化。这变化更多地体现在农转非人员社区生活中。了解农转非人员社区生活状况,探索农转非小区社区管理方法,对做好农转非人员安置工作,改善农转非人员的生活条件,维护开发区的社会稳定有着重要的现实意义。

Land requisition is an inevitable economic behavior in urbanization progress. A lot of peasants lost their land and become non-agricultural status and their identity, living methods, living manners and living condition change a lot. This change is reflected in their community life. Exploration of their living condition and community management method is very important to relocate them and to improve their living condition and to keep the community stable.
