台商投资大陆的区位选择 ,取决于台商所偏好的区位投资环境。影响台商投资区位的因素 ,既有市场规模、劳动力成本、经济增长、优惠政策以及交通基础设施等传统因素 ,又有信息成本和集聚经济等其他因素。集聚经济和市场规模是影响台商投资的最主要因素 ,其次是基础设施、开放程度和劳动力素质等因素。但是 ,影响台商投资区位选择的传统因素也在发生改变 。

The regional selection of Taiwan businessmen's investment in the mainland of China rests with their preference for the regional investment environment. The factors that influence their regional selection include not only the traditional ones such as the marketing scale, labor cost, economic growth, favorable policies and infrastructures, but also the elements of information cost and convergence economy. Among these factors, convergence economy and marketing scale are the most important ones, which are followed by infrastructures, opening policies and labor. Nowadays, the traditional factors that influence the regional selection of Taiwan businessmen's investment have changed. The factors of information cost and talent become more and more important.
