摘要 文章探讨了教师职业倦怠对教师心理健康的影响 ,并进一步阐述了引发教师职业倦怠的压力源 ,在此基础上提出若干建议以供教师心理健康教育参考。 WT5BZ]The article explores how job burnout impact on men tal health of teachers. And then it expatiates the stress source which resulted in teachers ' job burnout .Base on these , the paper puts forward some suggestions to improv e our teachers mental health.
