摘要
自苏联解体以来 ,同经济体制转型一样 ,俄罗斯政治转型问题也一直受到国内外的普遍关注。俄罗斯政治转型是指从一党垄断的传统体制向现代民主法制社会的历史性转换。迄今 ,俄罗斯体制转型实践已有 10多年 。
Similar to the of transition its economic system, the transition of Russia's political system has also attracted wide concern and attention both at home and abroad ever since the breakup of the former Soviet Union. The transtion of Russia's political system refers to the historical change from the traditional system of one party monopoly to modern democratic legal system. So far, Russia has undertaken its system transition for over ten years, which has provided a background and context for us to make a relatively objective review and assessment of Russia's system transition.
