摘要
针对我国企业集团组织结构存在的主要问题 ,集团公司组织结构战略性调整的模式和方向 ,应着重分析集团战略定位、管理控制方式以及经营层和管理层的结构模式等关键变量 。
Facing the inflexible restriction of traded bureaucratic organization structure, the group corporation needs to redesign organizational structural model and way in corporation strategic level. To the diversified corporations, the corporation strategic orientation, management control ways and the structural model of operation and management layer that reflected the extent of centralized right and devolution are the key variable. This need totally consider the influence and the realized way of top management and top department strategic control to the corporation’s organization restructuring.
