输尿管镜下气压弹道碎石术治疗输尿管结石临床分析

Clinical analysis of pneumatic lithotripsy under ureteroscope for ureteral calculi

目的探讨经输尿管镜下治疗输尿管结石的方法,提高治疗效果。方法对96例输尿管结石患者在输尿管镜下取石碎石临床资料进行总结和分析。结果90例结石一次性成功取出,成功率为93.7%,其中上段结石成功率为70.3%,中段为93.8%,下段为96.9%,并发症发生率为3.2%。结论经输尿管镜治疗输尿管结石方法安全,疗效确切,但应熟练掌握进镜技术及根据结石大小、部位决定处理方法。

Objective: To evaluate the clinical effects and operating experience of URSL for ureteral calculi. Methods: Analyses the data of 96 cases of URSL for ureteral calculi. Results: The whole successful rate is 93.7%. The successful rates for upper, middle and lower ureteral stone are 70.3%, 93.8% and 96.9% respectively. Conclusions: Treatment of ureteral stone with this method has been safe and effective. This method should be the first choice of treatment for the middle and lower ureteral stone.
