腹腔镜胆囊切除术并发症的预防(附180例分析)

Prevention of complication during laparoscopy cholecystectomy (180 cases analyses)

目的探讨腹腔镜胆囊切除术(LC)的操作技能和并发症的预防措施。方法回顾分析及总结该院连续3年施行的180例LC手术。结果180例LC手术,3例即刻中转开腹,2例发生术后并发症,择日手术。175例成功实施LC。结论腹腔镜胆囊切除术(LC)时,预防手术并发症需要细心操作和正确的技术,认真选好手术适应证,把握中转手术的时机,是降低手术并发症发生的重要措施。

Objective: To study the operation skill of laparoscopic cholecystectomy (LC) and the prevention measures of complication. Methods: 180 cases of LC were analyzed and summarized retrospectively in three years. Results: In 180 cases, there were three cases to be operated right away and two cases to suffer complication after the operation, and operation were applied later on. 175 cases LC were carried out successfully. Conclusion: The cautious operation and perfect technology are required in precaution operative complications, the option of adaptive disease and shifting operation type will reduce obviously occurring of the operative complication.
