腹腔镜手术结合中药灌肠治疗慢性盆腔炎性不孕的体会

Experience of celioscope and clysis with chinese traditional medicine in treating infertility sufferer with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease

目的通过腹腔镜手术与中药灌肠的综合治疗,以期提高慢性盆腔炎患者的复孕率。方法将经腹腔镜确诊并经镜下手术的103例慢性盆腔炎性不孕症患者随机分为两组,两组患者术后均给予抗感染、定期输卵管通液等治疗。中药灌肠组同时给予定期的中药灌肠治疗。结果追踪两组所有病倒,总复孕率49.5%。其中,中药灌肠组复孕率59.2%,对照组复孕率38.8%,两组复孕率差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜手术结合中药灌肠可显著提高慢性盆腔炎的复孕率。

Objective: To evaluate the efficacy of operative laparoscope and chinese traditional medicine for chronic pelvitis. Methods: One hundred and three patients with chronic pelvitis and sterility by laparoscope were operated, who then were divided into two group randomly, one is control, the other group is treated regularly by clysis with Chinese traditional medicine. Results: The total pregnant ratio is 49.5%, the pregnant ratio of treating with Chinese traditional medicine is 59.2%, the ratio of control is 38.8%, the pregnant ratio of two group have significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion: Cooperation of operative laparoscope with Chinese traditional medicine can improve pregnant ratio of chronic pelvitis remarkably.
