Development of Human Resources in Rural Areas and Total Construction of Comparatively Weil-Being Society

开发农村人力资源,提高农民素质,是增加农民收入,全面建设农村小康社会的关键。开发农村人力资源的有效途 径,包括加大农村人力资源开发的投资力度;加强民工在职培训,提高其城市就业能力;加大农村劳动力转移投资,破除各种 阻碍农村剩余劳动力转移的制度障碍;强化职业技术教育、高等教育为农村服务的功能等。

This paper studies mainly development of human resources in rural areas, qualities improvement of rural residents and income increase of rural residents. Based on the methods above, comparatively well-being society will be realized thoroughly in rural areas in China. Therefore it's the key to build comparatively well-being society throughout China. At the same time some effective ways are proposed to develop human resources in rural areas.
