摘要
本文通过一幢7层砖砌体住宅单元的抗震设计,对比了《工业与民用建筑抗震设计规范》(TJ11-78)和《建筑抗震设计规范》(GBJ11-89),在概念设计、水平地震剪力设计值、截面承载力和构造措施等方面进行了对比后进行了经济分析。说明后者概念设计内容增加,构造措施加强,改善了砖砌体的延性,增强了抵御大震、防止结构倒塌的能力,并进行了经济分析。
In this article, an aseismatic seven storey brick building has been designed and completed. In accordance with the Aseismatic civil and industrial building design code (TJ/11-78) and the Aseismatic building design code (GBJll-89), its horizontal seismic shear value, its cross-sectional resistant strength, and its constructional features etc., as well as its economic efficiency, all have been analyzed and made out. It is to be noted that the design has been improved with advanced concepts, strengthen construe- tional features, made better the flexibility of the brick structure, and promoted highly the aseiamatic resis- tance against severe earth quake, and prevented the structure from collapse. as well as made an economical analysis finally.
