摘要
本文给出了一个基于 CAN 总线控制的多电机同步变频调速系统。首先介绍了德国进口 NWT 生产线上传动部分的工作情况和控制原理;接着详述了 Lenze 9326伺服变频器集成的 CAN 系统总线的连接方法和实现各变频器间数据传输的参数设置及控制多电机同步变频调速的应用技巧;最后,根据工艺要求讲述了系统传送的湿毡零张力的实现和工艺改进措施。
This paper presents motors synchronous VVVF adjustable speed based on CAN bus control.Firstly,the paper introduces operation and controlled principle of main drives what is a part of NWT productive line made in German.Then,it details joined method of the inte- grated CAN system bus on Lenze 9326 servo inverter,and parameters setting for implementation of dada transfer between inverters,and applied technique for controlling motors synchronous VVVF adjustable speed.Finally,explains nil-tension application of damp tissue and improved technique measure.
