摘要
本文阐述了"汽车发动机传感器总检台"的设计思想。系统采用高精度位移控制和变频调速控制等技术,极大提高了系统的检测精度及响应速度。该系统已实际用于汽车发动机传感器出厂前的各项性能测试,效果显著。
The article expounds the design proposal of the synthetic test system of automobile engine sensor.The system adopts the techniques such as the high-accuracy shift control and the varing frequency and speed regulating control.Consequently,the accuracy and response time were significantly improved.The system is being applied in various performance tests of automobile engine sensor before ex-factory,with a striking effeet.
