本文系统全面地介绍目前国内外的屋面防水材料,包括近年开发的油毡新品种、高分子防水卷材、防水涂料、密封材料、粉末防水材料、金属防水材料等。介绍了这些材料的生产、应用情况,并列举了国内外屋面防水材料、设计、施工组织、施工机具、检测技术等方面的不同作法。最后对我国屋面防水的发展方向提出了建议。

In this article, it has made a comprehensive introduction of the waterproofing construction and materials in our country and overseas, including those currently developed new bitumen felt, high polymer waterproofing roff-roofing, waterproofing coating, sealant, powder and metal etc. Besides, it has further introduced the general production and relevant application of these materials, involving their design, construction, organization, machinery, survey and inspection as well as their various technolgical measures and conditions etc. Finally, it has put forward some suggestions about the development and prospect of roof waterproofing construction in our country.
