建筑防水设计的一般原则

General principles on the design of waterproofing buildings

针对目前建筑防水设计中的问题,本文提出的观点是,防水工程质量通病通过改进设计比从施工角度着手更易得到根治。进而提出以下设计原则:考虑建筑所处地区条件;区别对待不同类型建筑;重视结构因素,适当选择材料和构造作法;防排结合;重点处理细部节点和讲究综合技术经济效益等。

In accordance with the current problems in waterproofing design, there has been in this ar- ticle put forward some views about the general detects and common failings in waterproofing projects. It has suggested that improvement of design would be actually far better than what a relevant construction could bring about good result. It has further proposed that some guide-lines should be strictly followed. i.e. careful study of the building site conditions, their various structural types and constitutions, appropriate choice of building materials, pertinent construction procedures, conststent integration of drainage and wa- terprotection, specific attention paid to some details in joint construction and a comprehensive study and boosting of technology and economic proficiency etc.
