纳米Al_2O_3粒子弥散强化铜合金冷加工及退火行为 被引量:24

Cold Drawing and Annealing Behavior of Nano-Sized Al_2O_3 Dispersion Strengthened Copper

摘要 通过力学性能、电学性能测量和金相、电镜观察对Cu-Al2O3弥散强化铜合金的冷加工及退火后性能和组织的变化进行了系统研究.结果表明:挤压态合金随冷拉拔变形量增大,σb和σ0.2逐渐升高,δ逐渐下降,电导率则变化甚微.合金经92%的变形后,σb,σ0.2,δ和电导率分别为490 MPa,485 MPa,10%和91.4%IACS,其在400℃~1000℃温度范围退火后性能有不同程度的回复.不同变形量的合金样品900℃1 h退火后性能均回复至挤压态水平,且未见再结晶现象.冷拉拔有利于粉末颗粒间进一步冶金化结合. Mechanical, electrical properties measurements and microstructures observation on cold drawn and annealed Cu-Al2O3 alloy are conducted. The results show: with the increasing of cold drawing reduction, sigma(b) and sigma(0.2) increase and sigma decreases while electrical conductivity fall slightly. For the alloy with cold drawn in 92% reduction, sigma(b), sigma(0.2), sigma and electrical conductivity reach 490 MPa, 485 MPa, 10% and 91.4%IACS respectively and recover to some extent after annealed at 400degreesC similar to 1050degreesC for 1h. After annealed at 900degreesC for 1 h the properties of alloy with diffrernt amounts of deformation recover to that of as-extruded and there exist no recrystallization in microstructure. Cold drawing can further promote the metallurgically bonding among the powders granules.
