政府行政过程从本质上讲也是政府信息的流动反馈循环过程。文章从信息服务的角度分析了当前政府信息服务的现状与存在的问题,并探寻了人员素质、政府体制、法规制度和行政安全等原因,指出信息时代改进和提高政府信息服务工作的对策,包括信息服务观念、方式、内容、过程、技术和信息资源管理的创新等。

The government process is also an information course in essence. The paper puts forward the present status - quo of our government information service, discussing the reasons for staff quality, government structures, regulations and administrative safety, and points out that, in the information age, there must be a shift of government information service, including the innovation of people' s thoughts, methods, process, contents, technology and information resource management.
