摘要
分析网络环境下大学图书馆用户教育的新特点和新要求,结合作者在北京大学图书馆从事用户教育工作的基本经验,介绍北京大学图书馆用户教育的现状与发展,并探讨网上培训的一些基本情况。
Based on the authors' working experiences in the Peking University Library, this paper discusses the new characteristics and requirements of the user training service in academic libraries under the networked environment, introduces the current trends of user education in Peking University Library, and explores the developments of the Web training program in the future.
