摘要
笔者设计了一套全新的高校图书馆绩效评估方案,从馆藏文献保障率、馆藏文献读者利用度、图书馆服务效率等几个方面对高校图书馆进行评估。
The author designs a set of new schemes to evaluate the academic library's performance & efficiency, including the guarantee of library collections, the degree of documents' use by readers, the efficiency of library service, and so on. The schemes have the obvious advantages compared with the existing modes of evaluation and inaugurate a new era of performance and efficiency evaluation for the academic library.
