摘要
以氯乙酸扣异丙醇为原料,氯化亚锡为催化剂,合成了氯乙酸异丙酯.探索了酸醇摩尔 比、反应时间、催化剂用量等因素对酯化反应的影响,优化出最佳工艺条件并得到较高的酯收率.
Isopropyl Chloroacetate was synthesized by esterification of chloroacetatic acid with iso-propyl alcohol in the presence of catalyst stannous chloride. The effects such as acid/alcohol mole ration, catalyst amount and reaction time on esterification conversion were discussed in detail,the optional condition of reaction was obtained and a fairly high ester yield was achieved.
