枣树嫩枝扦插育苗的影响因素

Influencing Factors of Cutting and Growing of Jujube Tender Branches

对影响枣树嫩枝扦插生根的主要因素:插穗种类、激素处理、扦插时间、扦插基质按照正交试验设计的方法,进行了系统的研究.结果表明,影响生根的因素依次为:激素、插穗、插期、基质,并以6月20日至7月10日用枣头枝在1000 mg·kg-1的IBA液中速蘸10s扦插于沙壤土效果最好.

Utlizing the orthogonality experiment design, the main factor influencing cutting and rooting of jujube tender branch (cutting sort, hormone handing, cutting time , cutting media) has been studied systematically. The result shows that the factors influencing rooting are successively hormone、 cutting,cutting time,media. And the effect is the best that branch of jujube headis dipped rapidly in 1 000 mg · kg-1IBA for 10 seconds then rooted in sand loam.
