On Construction of Foreign Language Teachers in Higher Vocational Education

文章从高等职业教育外语教学的特点出发 ,探讨了高等职业教育对外语师资的特殊要求 ,对当前高职院校外语师资队伍的状况进行了较详细的分析 。

By analyzing the characteristics of foreign language teaching in professional colleges, this paper approaches the special requirements for foreign language teachers and makes an evaluation of their present situation. On this basis, some suggestions to strengthen the construction of foreign language teachers in higher professional colleges are put forward.
