摘要
由几何矩引申出另一个概念——局部几何矩,根据其良好的性质,对它进行图像平滑、边缘检测和纹理分割方面的应用,均取得了较好的效果.
The local geometric moment is derived from the geometric moment. According to its special nature, the local geometric moment is applied to image smoothness, edge detection and texture segmentation. The results are acceptable.
