摘要
本文从另一个视角对安然系列事件进行了思考,由此引出对我国社会保险基金个人帐户在管理中 风险的分析和思考,提出了个人帐户的集中式管理市场化运作思路。
From another angle, this paper expounds the happening of the 'Enron Event', based on this the author analysed the risk for our social insurance fund in the individual account's management. Lastly, the ideal of centralized management and market -running has been put forward.
