摘要
从计件工资制的演变着手,说明在我国需要实行计件工资制这一分配方式,但实行这一方式要随我 国经济发展的变化而变化,并不断完善和发展,使之更适应我国目前正在进行的分配制度改革的需要.
Piece rate wage is a much debated issue. After tracing the forming development of piece rate wage, the author concludes that, in China, it's necessary to put the policy of piece rate wage into practice. Moreover, this policy should be modified and perfected according to the development of China economy in order to fit in with the needs of reforming Chinese distribution mode.
