This paper discusses the development of students′ innovation ability in chemistry teaching from four aspects:make sure the tecahing key points according to students' thoughts;lay solid foundation of innovation by reforming classroom teaching;arouse innovation enthusiasm by fostering experiment teaching;practise innovation ability in the after-class activities.
