通过访谈和问卷调查了中小学教师的心理素质状况,经过比较研究,分析了目前中小学教师所表现出的各种心理问题,探讨了引起这些问题的成因,并在此基础上提出了相应的对策.

Psychological health for primary and secondary school teachers has been investigated by means of interview and questionnaire.By comparative study,this paper has analyzed the psychological disorders of the primary and secondary school teachers, discussed the causes and proposed the corresponding precautions.
