摘要
以建材行业具有代表性的某大型水泥厂的水土保持方案为例,阐述了建材行业建设项目水土保持方案编制中需注意的问题,并提出了相应的解决办法。
Some precautions are elaborated for compiling water and soil conservation sheme in the building materials industry with the example of a typical big-size cement plant.And corresponding me-thods for problem solving are put forward.
