指出监理投标文件在工程施工监理投标过程中的作用和地位非常重要,并根据多次投标的经验,归纳出监理投标文件的编制方法、要点及其一些技巧,可供监理行业的同行们参考。
It is pointed out that the supervision tender documents play a very important role in the process of construction supervision tender.Based on the experences of tender,the compilation method,some techniques and precautions are summed up for reference for the relevant persons in the construction supervision trade.
