摘要 烟碱样受体属于配体门控性离子通道受体 ,参与调节体内许多生理过程。激动剂反复作用可以诱导N受体失敏 ,许多因素参与调节烟碱样受体的失敏 ,如受体亚单位、信号转导系统、细胞微环境的变化等都会影响受体的失敏过程。失敏态N受体并非处于无功能状态 ,它们可能参与调节递质的释放。 Nicotinic acetylcholine receptors, a ligand-gated ion c hannels,mediates many important physiological processes. Chronic nicotine admini stration could desensitize nicotinic receptors. Many factors which modulate dese nsitization have been described, including different subunits, agonist, signal t ransduction and cellular microenivornment. The important physiological functions of desensitized receptors still remain controversial, may be modulate synaptic transmission,synapse plasticity and mediate self-protection.
