摘要
研究了用两步吸附法从察尔汗高镁低锂盐湖卤水中提取锂。将卤水用水稀释并用盐酸调整pH至4~6之间,先用自制的锂吸附剂吸附锂、镁,用水淋洗负载吸附剂,获得含锂、镁溶液,再用阳离子交换树脂吸附锂、镁,之后用1mol/LHCl或60g/LNaCl溶液淋洗锂,用3mol/LHCl或150g/LNaCl溶液淋洗镁。含锂淋洗液用Na2CO3沉淀可获得Li2CO3产品。该方法简单,易行,无环境污染,经济效益明显。
Extraction of lithium by two steps adsorption process from chaerhan saltlake brine which contains lithium and magnesium has been studied. The brine is adjusted to pH4~6 by chloride acid, then the lithium in it is adsorbed with special synthesized adsorbent. The loaded adsorbent is eluted with water, the eluate containing magnesium and lithium is gained. The solution is adsorbed with cation ion exchange resin to further separation lithium from magnesium.1mol/L HCl or 60 g/L NaCl solution is used to eluted lithium and 3 mol/L HCl or 150 g/L NaCl solution is used to elute Mg. The pregnant lithium solution is deposited with Na2CO3 to get Li2CO3 product. The method is simple, easy to operation, no environment pollution, with apparently economic benefit.
