攀枝花选钛厂提高钛精矿回收率的探索

Research on Increasing Recovery of Ilmenite Concentrate in Panzhihua Ore-dressing Plant

针对攀枝花选钛厂原选别流程钛精矿回收率不高的问题进行了工业性试验研究,提出了原流程改进方案。采用降低重选精矿品位并加强磁选的方法,可提高最终电选钛精矿的回收率。

Commercial test is carried out on lower recovery of ilmenite concentrate by former separating process in Panzhihua oredressing plant. A improved scheme to the process is put forward. If the method of decreased gravity sorting concentrate grade and enhancing magnetic separation is used, the recovery of ilmenite concentrate in final electric separation can be increased.
