SYPHILIS IS A chronic sexually transmitted disease caused by Treponum Pallidum spreading to the whole body. Late Syphilis can encroach on most of the organs,but early syphilis has less damage to the internal organs.Here is a case of secondary syphilis with liver and kidney involvement reported as follows:
