摘要
本文报道伦敦铁路查林·克劳斯站在月台及铁路上空新建一座面积为4万多m^2的9层高级办公楼的基础设计施工经验。由于场地受严格制约,且施工时必须保证铁路正常运行,设计施工难度大。文中较详细地介绍了基础方案比较、设计计算、沉降预估及主要施工方法。
This paper presents the experiences in design and construction of the foundation of a nine-story high quality new office building with an area of more than 40,000m2 over the platforms and railway tracks of Charing Cross Station in London. Both the severe constraints of the site conditions and the requirement that railway operations should always be kept normal during construction period led to great difficulties in design and construction. In the paper, the comparison of foundation alternatives. the design approach and calculations, the ground movements assessment, and the main construction method are described in detail.
