摘要
分析了农业功能的概念、演变过程、形成的经济学基础 ,论述了“拓展经济功能、发挥非经济功能”的农业功能统筹观 ,提出农业经济功能的实现主要依靠市场机制 ,关注农业非经济功能的实现是现代农业支持政策的基本取向。
This paper analyzes the concept, evolution process, forming economics foundation of agricultural functions; expounds the unified planning view of agricultural functions“expand economic function, display non-economics function”;raises the ideas of realizing agriculture economical functions by relying on market mechanism and showing concern for the realization of non-agriculture economical functions is fundamental for future agriculture policy.
