星状神经节阻滞对全脑缺血再灌注损伤家兔血清白介素6含量的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的 :观察星状神经节阻滞 (SGB)对家兔全脑缺血再灌注期间血清IL - 6含量的影响 ,探讨SGB对全脑缺血再灌注损伤的作用效应。方法 :2 8只大耳白兔随机分成四组 ,SGB(E)组在缺血再灌注后持续从导管输入布比卡因行左侧SGB ,盐水对照 (P)组和空白对照 (C)组分别在松开动脉夹时从导管输入生理盐水代替布比卡因和不用药 ,假手术 (S)组仅完成相应的手术操作而不夹闭动脉 ,分六个时点 :缺血前 (T0 )、再灌注 10min(T1)、4h(T2 )、10h(T3 )、2 0h(T4)、30h(T5)采集耳缘静脉血 ,采用放射免疫法测定血清IL - 6浓度。结果 :P、C二组IL - 6的水平较S组显著升高 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,E组IL - 6的水平稍高于S组但无统计学意义 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,E组IL - 6的水平较P、C组显著降低 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :SGB可明显降低家兔全脑缺血再灌注期间血清IL - 6的水平 ,提示SGB对全脑缺血再灌注损伤具有一定的保护和治疗作用。 Objective To investigate the effect of stellate ganglion block(SGB) on the serum IL-6 concentration in rabbits during global cerebral ischemia reperfusion. Methods twenty-eight rabbits were divided randomly into four groups:group E(experiment) with cerebral ischemia by clipping bilateral external,internal carotid arteries and vertebral arteries for 10min and then declamping with the reprfusion lasting 30 h and continuous left SGB performed simultaneously with the declamping by injecting bupivacaine to stellate ganglion through epidural catheter;group P(placebo) and group C(control) with cerebral ischemia and sham SGB by injecting saline or nothing to replace bupivacaine,respectively; group S(Sham) sham-operated without vessels occlusion and SGB. Blood samples was collected at six time points: preischemia(T 0 ), 10 min(T 1 ), 4 h(T 2 ), 10 h(T 3 ), 20 h(T 4 ) and 30 h(T 5 ) following reperfusion.To measure the serum IL-6 concentration using a radioimmunoassay method. Results Compared with group S,IL-6 levels of group P and C increased significantly after ischemia reperfusion ( P <0.05),IL-6 levels of group E postreperfusion are slightly higher than group S,but there is no statistical significance( P >0.05), IL-6 levels of group E after reperfusion are significantly lower than group C and P( P <0.05). Conclusions SGB may attenuate the increase of IL-6 following ischemia reperfusion,it is suggested that SGB may play a neuroprotective role against cerebral iscemia reperfusion injury.
