综合性医院心理门诊神经症分布特征分析

Studies on the distribution characteristics of neurosis in the psychological clinic of general hospital

目的 :了解神经症在综合性医院内科门诊首诊病例中的构成比及分布特点。方法 :分析 1996年和2 0 0 0年各类神经症在内科门诊首诊病例中的构成比及其在性别、年龄、文化程度及病种中的分布特点。结果 :2 0 0 0年各类神经症占内科门诊首诊病例的 0 .4 6 % ,为 1996年的 1.5倍 ,呈上升趋势。 1996年和 2 0 0 0年各类神经症均为女性略多于男性 ,均集中在中学文化程度。与 1996年相比 ,2 0 0 0年 6 0岁以上的老年人就诊人数明显增加 ,19岁以下年龄段有所下降 ;抑郁性神经症就诊人数跃居第一位 ,占各类神经症的 4 9.4 6 %。结论 :综合性医院迫切需要设立医学心理科。老年人的心理卫生工作应得到广泛重视。

Objective To explore the constituent ratio and distribution characteristics of neurosis among the cases who sought first medical advice in the medical clinic of general hospital. Methods 59776 cases in 1996 and 139801 cases in 2000, who sought first medical advice in the medical clinic of our hospital, were investigated in the study. The constituent ratio of neurosis in all cases and distribution characteristics of neurosis in sex, age, educational level, and type were analyzed. Results The constituent ratio of neurosis in all cases was 0.46% in 2000, which was 1.5-fold as much as in 1996. The constituent rate of neurosis showed an increasing tendency. Women with neurosis was all more than men in 1996 and in 2000. Most of them only received high school education. As compared with that in 1996, the number increased in old patients aged above 60 and decreased in those aged below 19 in 2000. The number of patients with depression ranked first and accounted for about 49.46% of all with various neurosis in 2000.Conclusions It is urgent to establish department of medical psychology in general hospital. Psychological health of old people should be followed with interest.
