摘要
文章从教师的选聘、晋升、评估、进修、工资待遇等五个方面分析了发达国家的高校教师聘任制度,从中可以看到,国外发达国家,实行高校教师聘任制已有多年,基本上形成了较为固定、完整的教师聘任体系,积累了相当多的经验,这方面他们无疑领先我们一步。因此,我们在推行教师聘任制度时,要在立足于国情、省情、校情,在坚持以我为主的基础上,认真分析、研究、总结发达国家教师聘任制的先进经验,从中寻求借鉴和启示,这对我们是大有裨益的。
This article makes an analysis of the appointment system of higher education teachers in developed countries in the aspects of appointment, promotion, evaluation, training and salary. The appointment system has been in effect for many years in developed countries and it is quite stable and experienced. In this sense, they are more advanced than we are. So when we are carrying out the appointment system, we should take national conditions, provincial conditions and school conditions into consideration. On the self-centered basis, we should analyze, research, and sum up the advanced experience of the teacher appointment system in developed countries and try to find the enlightenment which is believed to be of great help to us.
