肩三针、TDP辐射配合功能锻炼对肩关节周围炎疗效观察

目的 观察肩三针、TDP辐射、功能锻炼综合疗法治疗肩周炎的疗效。方法 采用肩三针、TDP辐射配合功能锻炼治疗肩周炎50例与单纯针剂、TDP辐射治疗肩周炎48例对照,用功能恢复程度评价疗效。结果 肩三针、TDP辐射、功能锻炼组近期和远期总有效率分别为96.0%、98.0%,对照组为83.3%、64.6%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论 肩三针、TDP辐射、功能锻炼是循序渐进治疗肩周炎的一种疗效肯定的方法。

Conclusion The acupuncture of shoulder and TDP and function toughen are tread the periarthritis of shoulder produce have a good curative effect.
