物理治疗飞行员慢性咽炎196例临床观察

Treatment of 196 cases with chronic pharyngitis with physiotherapy

目的 比较超短波联合中频疗法和常规疗法治疗慢性咽炎的效果。方法 将386例患者随机分成两组,196例一组用物理疗法治疗,对照组190例用常规疗法,比较两组的有效率。结果 治疗组的有效率是94.9％,对照组的有效率是78.4％。通过统计学处理,X^2=22.84,(P<0.01)。两组之间有显著差异性。治疗组疗效明显优于对照组。结论 物理疗法在治疗慢性咽炎上疗效优于常规疗法。

Objective Comparing the curarive effect of ultra-short wave and medium frequency electrotherapy with the rountine therapy in treatment of chronic pharyngitis. Methods 386 cases were devided into two groups at random, 196 cases treated with physiotherapy .a control-group, 190cases with the rounine therapy, compared the curative effects of both groups. Results the effective rate of study group is 94. 9%,and control-group is 78. 4% through statistion analysis ,x2 = 22. 84,P<0. 01. there are significant difference between them, effection of the study group is better than the controlgroup. Conclusion It is suggestion that physiotherapy is better than rountine therapy in the treatment of chronic pharyngitis.
