中药治疗肾综合征出血热

目的 观察中药治疗肾综合征出血热的疗效。方法 将 2 2例患肾综合征出血热的患者随机分为治疗组 12例 ,对照组 10例。治疗组采用六味地黄汤治疗 ,每日一剂 ,分二次口服 ,每次中药煎剂 10 0毫升 ;对照组采用西药综合对症治疗。两组均以 7天为一疗程 ,治疗后评定疗效。结果 治疗组 12例 ,治愈 8例 ,好转 3例 ,治愈率67% ,总有效率 92 % ;对照组 10例 ,治愈 7例 ,好转 2例 ,治愈率 70 % ,总有效率 90 %。经 t值检验 ,P>0 .0 5。结论 中药治疗肾综合征出血热方法简便 。

Objective To evaluate the effic acy of Chinese me dicine in The treatment of epidemic hemorrhagic fever complicated with renal syn drome.Methods Twenty two cases of epidemic hemorrhag ic fever complicated with renal syndrome were randomly divided into two groups,t rea tment groups twelve cases,contrast groups ten cases.In the treatment groups, Si x Drugs Decoction Containing Rhizoma Rehmanniae was given one dose two times daily for seven days.One dose was 100ml;In the contrast group,The symptoms were treat ed with western medicine for seven days.Afterwards,the efficacy was evaluated.Results:In the treatment group of twelve cases,e ight cases were cured,The conditions of three cases were improved.The cure rate was 67%,The total efficacy rate was 92%;In the contrast group of ten cases,seven cases were cured,the conditions of two cares are improved.The cure rate was 70% ,The total efficacy rate was 90%.T test,P>0 05 Conclusion It was a convenient method to treat epidemic hemorrhagic fever complicated with renal syndrome,which is superior to conventional method.
